If your driver’s license is suspended you may be able to get it re-instated. Eligibility for a re-instated license range from those suspended for a traffic violation to those who have a life-time suspension as a habitual traffic offender. There are some restrictions for a re-instated driver’s license.
In addition, the court does have the power in re-instating a driver’s license to place conditions on that license such as restricting driving to and from work, restricting driving to certain hours and even requiring, in some cases, a person to have an ignition interlock system installed in order to have his or her driver’s license re-instated.
If you are interested in learning if you are eligible then please call. As always, there is no charge for that initial consultation.
As in many other areas William W. Gooden charges a flat fee for this service. That fee would be determined once your eligibility has been established.
